Raising the Roof

Here’s something new…a roof.  Brad Hall (Rick’s son) has his crew of five up on the roof…after one day’s work they’re about 1/3 done.

On the inside, Ted built the shed in the attic for the furnace and has been finishing up framing.  Dan and Al (electricians) are moving along as are the plumbers and the HVAC guys.  There’s a lot going on…it’s just harder to see it.

The masons finished the loggia chimney (outside) and are now awaiting delivery of the windows, the manufacturer of which Rick has been wrestling with.
