We are Blogging for the first time while knowing the move-in date. February 2…well…sort of, because Anne and I will over that weekend be carrying over the artwork, the kitchenware (to avoid packing) and some other stuff we’re not leaving to the movers. There is a lot of work on the house that still needs to be done but Rick has everyone lined up…for a very busy week.
To that end, the busiest tradesmen this week will certainly be: carpenters (trim, hardware), painters (walls), cabinet installer (various finishing), plumbers (install fixtures), electricians (install fixtures/dimmers), A/V guy (install speakers), carpet installers, stair installer, fireplace installer, Comcast and the counter-top installers.
